This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....pleased to issue an order direction or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ declaring the action of the respondents Nos.3 to 6 in disposing off the representation dt 10.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner is illegal arbitrary and in violation of Article 14 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos.3 to 6 to provide police protection to the petitioner considering his representation dt 10.10.2025 forthwith”
2. Heard Sri B.Rama Shankara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the crime has been registered against the petitioner herein in Crime No.89 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 85 B.N.S. and 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act on the file of Pachipenta Police Station. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submitthat the representation of the petitioner would show that the offences are non- cognizable offences and hence the Police has not registered any crime on such representation. 5. Recorded. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out their remedies before the appropriate forum. The Police are also directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime registered against the petitioner. 6. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of
