ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 14.10.2025 of this Court in W.P.No.28128 of 2025. 2. Heard S.Santhosh, learned counsel representing Sri Jada Sravan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents-Police never committed any act of contempt in this matter. On 21.10.2025, the petitioner himself made a call to the Station House Officer, Bantumilli Police Station through 112. On such receiving of call, the patrolling staff has attended the call, visited the scene, pacified the situation and advised the petitioner that if he has any further grievance, he may approach the Police Station with a valid complaint. While police staff visiting the scene, the petitioner had intentionally taken the photographs of the police staff and produced those photo before this Court. Except that, the Police never interfered with the civil disputes. 4. In the light of the aforesaid premises, there is no act of contempt made by the respondents; this Contempt Case is disposed of.
