Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the present anticipatory bail application, Crime No. 526 of 2025 has been wrongly mentioned ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2025.11.19 14:40:59 +0530 2 instead of Crime No. 562 of 2025 in the bail rejection order dated 19.09.2025 passed by the concerned trial Court. Therefore, he prays that the present anticipatory bail application be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh. 3.
