Since the facts and issues of the abovementioned petitions are similar and arising out of the same FIR, therefore, this Court has decided to dispose of the same by a common order. 2. The abovementioned petitions have been filed under Section 528 read with Section 483(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeking quashment/setting aside of impugned orders dated 02.09.2025, 09.09.2025, 08.10.2025 and 09.09.2025 in respective cases passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) and to direct respondent no.1 to arrest respondent no.2 in all the above petitions. 3. A perusal of the order passed by the learned ASJ would indicate that on the ground of parity with accused Bhupender Kumar, the respondent no.2/accused persons in all the above petitions were directed to be enlarged on regular bail. 4. In view of above, the ground of parity qua Bhupender Kumar is not available to the accused persons in each of these applications where the cancellation of bail is sought for. 6. In view of the aforesaid, the impugned orders passed by the learned ASJ qua each of the accused persons/respondent no.2 are hereby set aside. The respondent no.2 in all the above-mentioned petitions/accused persons are directed to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from today. 7. After surrender, they shall be at liberty to file applications for regular bail before the concerned Court. The Court thereafter shall deal with the applications on its own merits depending upon the facts and circumstances and the role assigned to each of the accused persons. 8.
