1. The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer :-
“i. To Quash the Final Report No. 332/2022 dated 12th August 2022 filed by Respondent against the Petitioners. ii. To Quash the FIR No. 323/2021 dated 1st July 2021 registered by Respondent against the Petitioners. iii. Pass any other relief/order or direction, as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper looking to the
facts and circumstance of the case in the interest of justice.”
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charges have been framed against the present petitioners by the learned trial Court. He further submits that the trial is in progress and the evidence of the prosecution witnesses are being recorded, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition to which learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection.
4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
