Sr. No. 41 HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU Case: SWP No. 2829/2017 Ashwani Kumar …Petitioner(s)/Appellant(s) Through: None V/s State and Ors. ... Respondent(s) Through: Ms. Saliqa Sheikh, Advocate vice Mr. Raman Sharma, AAG CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE ORDER 18.09.2025 The instant petition was listed before this Court way back in the year 2017. Thereafter, no steps have been taken by the petitioner for listing the case before the Court. It appears that either the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed or he has lost interest in pursuing the same and also, with the passage of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. (VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL) JUDGE Jammu 18.09.2025 Suraj K Singh
