ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…..declaring the action of 2nd Respondent in not deciding the O.A.No.441/2014 filed by the 3rd and 4th respondents against the petitioner with regard to house site plot with an extent of 373-28 Sq. yards out of Ac.1.69 cents in S.No.183, Nellore Bit-1, Nellore Municipal Corporation as illegal, irregular, irrational, arbitrary, against principles of natural justice and violation of Article 14, 19, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to decide the O.A.No.441/2014 expeditiously in accordance with law and pass such other and further reliefs …...”

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contentions which are urged in the writ petition.
4. Perused the material available on record.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the O.A.No.441/2014 on the file of A.P. Endowments Tribunal, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
6. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
