The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to consider the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 09.10.2025 (Ex.P.1). 3. Having considered the contents of the Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Chief Executive Officer, AP State Waqf Board (Respondent No.2) to consider the Representation of the Writ Petitioner dated 09.10.2025 (Ex.P.1) and pass a Speaking Order in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of uploading of this Order on the website of the Court and communicate such Order to the Writ Petitioner and the Unofficial Respondent No.5 forthwith. 4. Needless to state that the Respondent No.2 is statutorily obligated to adhere to the principles of Natural Justice by providing opportunity of hearing and presentation of documents by the Petitioner as well as the Unofficial Respondent No.5. The Respondent No.2 shall also inform the date of hearing by issuing advance Notice to the Petitioner as well as the Unofficial Respondent No.5. 5.
