This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the Petitioners for the following relief: “to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the inaction of the respondents more particularly respondent nos. 2 to 4 are not taking any appropriate action to correct the revenue web land entries by considering petitioners representation dated 11.06.2025 and not receiving 6-Aapplication with regard to the petitioner agricultural patta land in an extent of Ac. 1.00 cents in Survey No.124/2 situated in Devarajugattu Village accounts, Devarajugattu Village Panchayat, Peddaraveedu Mandal, Prakasam District illegal, arbitrary, unjust, dereliction of duties and violation of principles of natural justice and violation of the Provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and The Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadhar Pass Books Rules, 1989 and violation of the Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent nos. 2 to 4 a) to consider the representation dated 11.06.2025 as per the Provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and The Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadhar Pass Books Rules, 1989 by prescribing the reasonable period, b) to receive the 6-A application and fee for the purpose of process of petitioners application to issue Pattadar Passbook/E-Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deed to the petitioners land, c) to enter petitioner name and correct the nature, extent of petitioners land in revenue web land portal and pass…” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made an application/representation dated 11.06.2025 to the respondent authorities under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh ::3:: Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, and the Rules, 1989, seeking correction of the revenue Webland entries, issuance of E-Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deed, mutation of the petitioner's name, and correction of the nature and extent of the petitioner's land in the revenue Webland portal in respect of the agricultural patta lands admeasuring an extent of Ac. 1.00 cents in Survey No. 124/2, situated in Devarajugattu Village Accounts, Devarajugattu Village Panchayat, Peddaraveedu Mandal, Prakasam District. It is contended that despite receipt of the said representation, the respondent authorities have neither considered the petitioner's request nor issued any proceedings till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 4. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, submits that if the petitioner submits a fresh representation in Form-6A, the respondent authorities will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the law. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of by directing the petitioners to ::4:: submit an application in Form No.6A seeking issuance of E-Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deed, mutation of the petitioner's name, and correction of the nature and extent of the petitioner's land in the revenue Webland portal, in respect of the subject property, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation/application in Form No.6A, the respondent authorities shall consider the same and, after issuing notice to the petitioners, other legat heirs, if any, and all other stakeholders, including persons claiming rights by way of tenancy, encroachment, or occupation, shall conduct a detailed enquiry. Thereafter, the respondents shall pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three (03) months. 6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications if any pending, shall stand closed. ________________________ JUSTICE D.
