This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in pressurizing the petitioners to register the house plot No.32 of an extent 33 1/2 Ankanams or 222.69 sq.yards in Sy.No.525/ 1 situated at Buranpur village, Venkatachalam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District in favour of 5th respondent as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the interim order dated 08.03.2022, the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Sri C.Subodh, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. For ready reference, the interim order dated 08.03.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, is extracted hereunder:
“The 4th respondent is also directed not to get involved in a civil dispute pertaining to Plot No.32 admeasuring an extent of Ac.33 ½ ankanams or 222.69 square yards in Sy.No.525/1 situated at Buranpur Village, Venkatachalam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District.”
5. In the light of the above interim order, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
