Heard. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed bank statement as directed by this Court vide Order dated 07.11.2025. 3. The issue involved in the instant case pertains to truthfulness of the information received to the respondent/Department with regard to cash deposit of Rs.5,89,79,100/- by the petitioner in the bank. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited Rs.1,90,80,000/- in cash in the bank during the year 2018-19, but he has not deposited the alleged amount of Rs.5,89,79,100/- in cash. 5. In view of the above, the issue involved in the instant case is as to which party’s claim is genuine, which can be resolved by obtaining verification from the concerned Bank, wherein the alleged amount is said to have been deposited by the petitioner. Therefore, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to verify the said information in respect of depositing cash of Rs.5,89,79,100/- in the bank by the petitioner and thereafter appropriate order may be passed in accordance with law. 6.
