Petitioner has approached this Court for arrears of pension and arrears of D.R. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner in support of his prayer, refers documents annexed along with this writ petition 4. Learned counsel for the respondents on basis of written information submits that claim of the petitioner has been settled and it has been forwarded for payment and he is hopeful that payment will be made within a period of three weeks from today. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he has no reason to dispute the aforesaid submission. 6. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a further observation, that if the financial position of the respondents improves, they will try to pay pension to the petitioner month to month.
