GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... writ of Mandamus declaring the illegal action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not taking action, conducting enquiry on the petitioner complaint and her family members complaints dated 15-03-2022,19- 03-2022 and 05-04-2022, which is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to consider and dispose of petitioner complaints dated 15-03-2022,19-03-2022 2 and 05-04-2022, or otherwise petitioner and her family will suffer serious life threat and great hardship.” 2. Sri Challa Siva Sankar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Police are not taking any action on the complaints given by the Petitioner and her family members. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that, there is no truth in the allegations leveled in the complaints submitted by the Petitioner and her family members, as such, the Police have not registered any case based on the said complaints. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
