G L NAGESWAR RAO The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: The present Contempt Case is filed for non-implementation of the orders dated 05.11.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20556 of 2020, wherein this Court, without touching the merits of the case, disposed of the writ petition directing the petitioners to make a proper application as per rules to the 2nd respondent therein within a period of two (2) weeks, and on such application being made, the 2nd respondent was directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. 2. After issuance of notice in the contempt proceedings, the contemnor filed a counter affidavit. According to the counter affidavit, the contemnor has considered the applications of the petitioners and has passed endorsements respectively. 3. In view of the above facts of the case, this Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioners to assail the endorsements passed by the contemnor in appropriate proceedings, if they are aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ JUSTICE D.
