Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor handed over the written instructions of investigating officer i.e., Sub-Inspector of Police, Narasannapeta Police Station. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor further submits that the instant criminal revision case has become infructuous as the accused/petitioners have already been acquitted by the learned Sessions Judge. 4. Having heard the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and also after perusing the written instructions from the Sub-Inspector of Police, it appears that after investigation, the investigating officer has submitted charge sheet on 03.01.2009; after conclusion of trial the accused/petitioners were acquitted from the case under Section 235(1) Cr.P.C. on 07.09.2012 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Court, Srikakulam. 5. In view of the above mentioned facts, the instant Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as infructuous.
