By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2025 for paying pension by including increment from retirement year in terms of Apex Court Judgement in the case The Director (Administration and HR) KPTCL and others vs. C.P. Mundinamani and others, 2023 (5) Scale 841 in accordance with law within some stipulated period as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the competent respondent authority to look into and consider the claim of the petitioners as raised in representation dated 28.02.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
