The said actions are arbitrary, illegal, and violative of Articles 14,19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 5 to 10 police authorities not to call the petitioner unnecessarily to the police station without following due procedure established by the law and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the Respondent Nos.

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“....to issue a Writ Order or direction particularly, one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent Nos. 5 to 10 without any authority of law, has been repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station and making her sit there for prolonged hours without the registration of any crime or any reason or justification. The said actions are arbitrary, illegal, and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 5 to 10 police authorities not to call the petitioner unnecessarily to the police station without following due procedure established by the law and to pass”
2. Heard D.Tarnaka Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the Police are not calling the petitioner to the Police Station. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
