This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction on the part of the 4threspondent in investigating into FIR No.159 of 2020 for the offence U/Sec. 447, 341, 324, 427 r/w 149 1PC, though the said case is registered on 2-8-2020, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional and colourable exercise of powers and consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to complete the investigation in respect of the above said case and to file the charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate in accordance wilful Law, and to grant such other relief.”

2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, Police had taken up investigation in Crime No.159 of 2020 on the file of Gollaprolu Police Station, East Godavari District and after completion of investigation, filed charge sheet.
3. Ms.V.Baby Rani, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
