Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Saurabh, learned Standing Counsel. 2. The impugned order dated 9.4.2024 passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Shahjanpur is in respect of grant of recognition to the election of the Committee of Management. The contention is that earlier the list of members of the Society that was approved by the Assistant Registrar, Bareilly for the election 1999 by means of the order dated 8.11.2019, was set aside by this Court in Writ-C No.41329 of 2019 by the judgment dated 19.3.2025. It is stated that this very list was mechanically accepted by the District Inspector of Schools in approving the list of elected members of the Committee of Management by means of the impugned order dated 9.4.2025. It has also been submitted that the District Inspector of Schools has no jurisdiction to pass the aforesaid order and it is the Regional Committee that will take a decision in the matter. 3. Learned Standing Counsel states that the Regional Committee, respondent no.2, be directed to take a decision in the matter inasmuch as it is the Regional Committee and not the District Inspector of Schools who has jurisdiction in the matter. 4. Under the circumstances, the order dated 9.4.2024 passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Shahjahanpur is set aside and the respondent no.2, Regional Committee, is directed to take a decision in the matter as expeditiously as possible. 5.
