The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer :- “It is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the FIR and set the petitioners free to lead a happy life they want to live instead of regretting to have gone for a marriage alliance which has been rocked by irrational behavior from one side.” 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties would submit that the charge sheet has been filed before the learned trial Court. Learned counsel further submits that the trial is in progress and an application under Section 239 Cr.P.C has been filed before the learned trial Court for discharge by the present petitioners, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition to which learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law, if any cause of action arises in future. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. 3 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for. 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioners after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
