The said fact is not disputed by learned State Counsel. 5. In view of the above, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition and the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, the criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 6. However, it is open to the petitioners to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
