The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025, for the offence registered under Section 12 of Jharkhand Bovine Slaughter Prohibition Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. On 01.01.2025, Koderma Police raided the house of the petitioner and seized 100 kgs of bovine flesh. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2025. It was further submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Koderma P.S.
