P SUBASH The Court made the following ORDER: The present Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of order dated 31.12.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25282 of 2020. Vide said orders the respondents in the Writ Petition was directed not to allot house site pattas in the land, which is classified as ‘Manda Bayalu’. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents made some attempts for allotment of house sites in the subject matter land of the petitioner, however, at present the respondents are not taking any steps for allotment of house sites. In view of the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to seek recourse to law in the event any fresh cause of action arises. No costs.
