Insofar as plying of autorickshaws within the city limits is concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, because of the violation of the statutory provisions and illegal activities of carriage, a feeling of fear has crept in the minds of women travelling in such autorickshaws, which carry passengers more than the permissible limit. 2025:BHC-AUG:30024-DB P.I.L.
