ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“…to issue a writ, order, or orders or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No. 4 and 5 in not surveying the petitioners property in D.N0.156/2D1 of an extent of 145 ½ Sq.yards of house site situate at Obulanaidupalem Gram Panchayat, Hamlet of Pothuru Village, Guntur West Mandal, Guntur as illegal, arbitrary, malafide and violation of principles of natural justice and consequentially direct the Respondents No. 4 and 5 to survey the petitioners property in D.No.156/2D1 of an extent of 145 ½ Sq.yards of house site situate at Obulanaidupalem Gram Panchayat, Hamlet of Pothuru Village, Guntur West Mandal, Guntur, forthwith in the interest of justice and pass…” (in verbatim)
2. Based on the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 13.10.2025, the 4th respondent has considered the petitioner’s application dated 26.08.2025 and passed an endorsement dated 11.10.2025, after the filing of the present Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said endorsement has not been communicated to the petitioner.
4. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to communicate the said endorsement to the petitioner, who shall be at liberty to assail the same if he has any grievance with regard thereto.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
