Sarma, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that taking into account Section 29 of the Protection of Page No.# 2/2 Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (for short, ‘the Act of 2005’), the petitioner would be well advised to approach the Court of the Sessions against the order impugned in the instant proceedings, and as such, he submitted that he would not like to further press the instant petition. 2. Accordingly, the instant proceedings stands closed. 3. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Court of the Sessions in terms with Section 29 of the Act of 2005. 4.
