The Municipal Teachers Educational Society, to earlier land lord, which enable the petitioner bank to hand over the same to the auction purchaser i.e., 5th Respondent herein pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. MASALEGAR HIDAYATHULLA The Court made the following: 3 DR, J W.P.No.27829 of 2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of Respondents 1 to 4 in not taking appropriate action on the petitioner's letters dated 17.08.2024, 20.01.2025, 14.02.2025, and 25.02.2025, and further direct Respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate steps to enable the petitioner bank to deliver and hand over the exact possession of the schedule property to the auction purchaser, i.e., the 5th respondent herein, in compliance with the orders dated 09.11.2023 of this Hon’ble Court in W.P. No. 20975 of 2022, and to assist the petitioner bank in handing over the physical possession of the schedule property to the 5th respondent, and for other appropriate reliefs and to pass…” 2. The petitioner being a bank, and in order to comply with the orders passed by this Court in W.P. No. 20975 of 2022 dated 09.11.2023, approached the respondents through various representations dated 17.08.2024, 20.01.2025, 14.02.2025, and 25.02.2025 seeking assistance to admeasure and survey the land admeasuring 240.0 square yards in R.S. No. 372/2, nearest Door No. 9-99, 9th Ward, Nunna Village, Vijayawada Rural Mandal, NTR District (erstwhile Krishna District). Alleging non-consideration of the said representations, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the orders passed by this Court in the above-mentioned writ petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents, more 4 DR, J W.P.No.27829 of 2025 particularly the 4th respondent, to consider and take appropriate action on the petitioner’s representations, by following the applicable rules, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
