The application has been filed for restoration Criminal Revision No. 347 of 2025 on 28.06.2025. On perusal of the application, I find that sufficient cause has been shown to prove that the petitioner was prevented from taking appropriate step on the date on which, the criminal revision was dismissed for non-proseuction.
