GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 4 to 5, who were harassing the petitioner by directing to settle the financial issues with Respondent No. 6 and 7 by way of executing Registered sale deed of the petitioner Property purchased through Registered Sale Deed No. 443/2018 as illegal arbitrary and against the principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the Respondents No. 4 to 5 for not to interfere in to the civil disputes between the petitioner and Respondent No.6 and 7 by way of calling the petitioner to the Respondent No. 5 Police Station.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondents. 3. Sri V.RoopeshKumar Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.6 and 7, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
