Case No. 47/2025, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 132, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47521 of 2025(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 3. It is alleged that while measurement of land, bearing Khata No. 763, Kheshra No. 2123/2745 was going on, a mob of about 90 persons attacked Anchal Amin. There is specific accusation against these petitioners that they abused and threatened Anchal Amin and also looted the Map-fita, Calculator etc. from Anchal Amin and caused hindrance in discharge of government work. 4.
