Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleaders for Social Welfare and Revenue. 3. Since the appeal preferred by the petitioner is pending consideration before 1st respondent, without going into the merits of the case, 1st respondent herein is directed to dispose of the said appeal, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
