The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 27.11.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 36492 of 2024. 2. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that vide order dated 23.06.2025, order of writ Court has been complied with. The order has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. 3. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the aforesaid fact. 5. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. 6. The contempt application is disposed of. 7. Notices are discharged. 8. Let the file be consigned to record. 9. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 23.06.2025 passed by the opposite party before appropriate forum on merits.
