Sri Tadisetti Venkata Ananda Rao, learned Counsel appearing for all the Respondents, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Palasa, Srikakulam District dated 05.11.2025. Copy of it is not supplied to the Counsel for the Petitioner since there is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner and the same is taken on record. The relevant portion of the Written Instruction is usefully extracted hereunder: “It is further submitted that the then Revenue Divisional Officer, Tekkali has submitted Counter Affidavit to Hon’ble High Court of AP., Hyderabad on dt.12.07.2017 through the GP for Civil Supplies as “when the Hon’ble High Court judgment dt. 06.03.2017 in W.P.No.7585 of 2017 received on dt.06.05.2017, in obedience of the Orders the Writ Petitioner as allowed to run the FP. Shop No.631 Dimilada Village, Nandigam Mandal Srikakulam District vide Proceedings Rc.No.1273/2016 CS dt.20.06.2017 of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tekkali within the time and there is no lapse and not violated the orders of the Hon’ble High Court and tender his unconditional apology to the Hon’ble Court and humbly requested to accept the same and close contempt” vide in the reference 7th cited.” 3. The above Written Instruction would indicate that the Order of this Court dated 06.03.2017 in W.P.No.7585 of 2017 has been acted upon. It is stated that the said Order of this Court dated 06.03.2017 was received by the Respondents on 06.05.2017 and in obedience of the Orders, the Petitioner was allowed to run the Fair Price Shop No.631 in Dimilada Village, Nandigam Mandal, Srikakulam District vide Proceeding bearing Rc.No.1273/2016 CS dated 20.06.2017 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tekkali. 4. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the Order of this Court dated 06.03.2017 in W.P.No.7585 of 2017 has been substantially complied with and no further consideration of this Contempt Case is necessary. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 3 5.
