Mishra, Advocates --- 05 / 30.07.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 301 of 2024 arising out of Bariatu P.S. Case No. 257 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 25(1-B) a & 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-X, Ranchi. 3. On 11.08.2023, son and driver of the Informant were shot dead by two unknown persons. Suspicion has been raised upon the petitioner and co- accused person that they must have conspired the murder of the deceased persons. During the course of investigation, petitioner and co-accused Dharmendra Gupta were apprehended and, on their confession, murder weapon was recovered. 4. Mr. A.K. Kashyap, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that the F.S.L. report of the seized weapon has not been received as yet. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected, at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
