By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "A) A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to decide the claim of the petitioner/ representation dated 22.4.2025 for payment of arrears of remuneration of 14 months within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court and pay the remuneration regularly month by month according to law." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned by means of a representation dated 22nd April, 2025 but the same has remained pending consideration. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that District Panchayatraj Officer has already passed an order on 27th March, 2025 with regard to the claim of the petitioner but the same has remained uncomplied with. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event a direction is issued to the concerned competent authority to decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 22nd April, 2025 strictly in accordance with law within a maximum period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
