When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the interim order dated 22.03.2022, the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Sri D.Sarath Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. For ready reference, the interim order dated 22.03.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, is extracted hereunder: 3 “In the interim period, if the crime is not registered by this date, the respondent Nos.4 and 5 are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute with regard to lands admeasuring Ac.10.11 cents and Ac.14.47 cents respectively in Sy.Nos.250 and 249 situated in Peremula Village of Veldurthy Mandal, Kurnool District.” 5. In the light of the above interim order, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
