::3:: This Court made the following ORDER:
1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the Petitioners for the following relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of 3rd Respondent in non-deciding the revision petition, dt 03.09.2025 filed by us under Section 9 of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and Rules framed thereunder questioning the proceedings in RCB/08/2025, dt. 10.07.2025 issued by the 5th respondent in respect of record of rights connected to petitioners agricultural lands of Ac.5.00 cents, comprising Ac.3.72 in R.S. No. 284/1 and Ac.1.30 in R.S. No. 276/3, situated at Kapileswarapuram Village, Pamidimukkala Mandal, Krishna District, as illegal, irregular, and amounts to non- discharge of legal obligation conferred on 3rd respondent under the provisions of said statute and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300- A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to decide the said Revision in accordance with law and pass…”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have preferred a revision petition dated 03.09.2025 before the 3rd respondent/Joint collector under section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and Rules, against the impugned proceedings dated 10.07.2025 issued by the 5th respondent/Tahsildar. The said revision petition is pending before the 3rd respondent and as on date the matter is not taken up for hearing. Hence, the present Writ Petition. ::4::

Learned Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the respondent authority will consider the revision petition dated 03.09.2025 preferred by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the revision petition dated 03.09.2025 in accordance with law, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
