This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent no. 8 to 10 as being illegal and arbitrary and contrary to the petitioners rights as it is illegal, arbitrary and violative of articles 14, 16 and 21 and 300A of constitution of India and also direct the respondent No. 3 to 7, not to entertain any application for registration and mutation pertaining to the above said land to an extent of Ac 0.15 72 Cents in Sy.No.150/2 of No.48 Mallamgunta Village accounts, No.21 Thummalagunta Group, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Tirupati District till the disposal of the above said case O.S.No.81 of 2025 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati and also direct the respondent no.3 to 7 to make a note in the relevant records in the office of Respondent No.3 to 7 that the above said property for the land to an extent of Ac 0.15 7 Cents in Sy.No.150/2 of No.48 Mallamgunta Village accounts, No.21 Thummalagunta Group, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Tirupati District is under litigation / dispute by stating that no registration/mutation will be entertained till the disposal of the above said case O.S.No.81 of 2025 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati and pass…” 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh one along with all supporting documents. 3. Permission accorded. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
