Counter affidavit filed today on behalf of respondent No.- 3, is taken on record. As per the counter affidavit 90% GPF amount along with interest has been paid to the petitioner and an authority letter has been sent to the concerned department to forward the requisite papers for payment of remaining 10% GPF amount. Document to this effect has been brought on record. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to process the papers of the petitioner for payment of remaining 10% GPF amount and shall ensure that amount stands paid to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Since petitioner has been regularized as a Collection Amin under the relevant service rules in the year 1997, the entire post retirement dues of the petitioner, if have remained unpaid, shall also be released within the same period by the District Magistrate, Prayagraj.
