K RADHIKA The Court made the following: 3 O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of respondent authorities in not allotting any single seat to the M.Tech Courses of (i) Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) & (ii) Internet of Things in APPGECET-2025 Counseling for the admissions for the Academic Year 2025-2026 contrary to the allotment made by 6th respondent, Apex Body i.e. AICTE and these courses were not disclosed on the web portal for the Academic Year 2025-2026 in the ongoing APPGECET-2025 counseling, commenced from 17.07.2025, as being arbitrary, illegal and unwarranted. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Rambabu Koppineedi, learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that no orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 4.
