The petitioner by means of the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has assailed the order dated 29.03.2025 passed by the Additional District Judge-2, Bulandshahar in Execution Suit No.3 of 2022. 3. Against the order impugned, the petitioner has remedy of filing revision, therefore, present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable. 4. The aforesaid fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Consequently, the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file revision against the impugned order dated 29.03.2025. 6. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order impugned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after keeping a photocopy of the same on record.
