1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 5th and 7th Respondents in not implementing the orders in S.R. No. 312 of 85 dated 28.07.1990 of 3rd respondent is violation of Regulations of 59 as amended by Regulation of 70 1 under Article 14, 19, 21 as well as Article 244 read with V Schedule of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 5th and 7th Respondents to evict the 7th Respondent from lands to an extent of Ac. 12.33 situated in 426 Buttaigudem Revenue Village, erstwhile West Godavari District Present Eluru District and distribute the same to the landless tribals and pass…”
1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh one along with all supporting documents.
