This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not initiating appropriate action against the 6th respondent is as illegal, arbitrary and violations of article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to take necessary action against the 6th respondent forthwith.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that, in the light of the interim order dated 07.01.2022 in I.A.No.1 of 2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, no further orders are required in this matter.
3. Sri P.Narasimhulu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent No.2 is
directed to look into the representation of the Petitioner dated 12.11.2021 and take appropriate steps forthwith according to governing rules and law. There shall be no order as to costs.
