The matter is listed as “To be Mentioned” on the prayer made by the Counsel for the petitioner. By an order dated 28th January, 2025, this Court has disposed of PLA 563 of 2022 by granting probate. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 28th January, 2025 at page no.1, paragraph no.3, line no.5, the date of death of the testatrix is inadvertently recorded as “20th April, 2020” instead of “23rd April, 2020”. Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the first page of the said order at paragraph no.4 in the last line, the name of the attesting witness is wrongly recorded as “Dr. Zarin Pessi Dadina” instead of “Pessi N. Dadina”. Heard the Learned Counsel for the petitioner, perused the order dated 28th January, 2025, the affidavit of attesting witness and the death certificate of the testatrix. In the order dated 28th January, 2025 in page no.1 paragraph no.3 line no.5, the date of death of the testatrix shall be read as 23rd April, 2020 2 instead of 20th April, 2020 and in the last line of the 4th paragraph, the name of the attesting witness shall be read as Pessi N. Dadina instead of Dr. Zarin Pessi Dadina. This order may be incorporated with the order dated 28th January, 2025. (KRISHNA RAO, J.) S. A. AR(CR)
