The challenge in this petition is made to the rejection of petitioner for OBC caste certificate. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. On behalf of the petitioner, it was argued that his brother has been provided the caste certificate, but he has been denied without any reason. Learned State counsel was required to get instruction. Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner did not file all the documents that were required for grant of caste certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he would file a fresh application enclosing therewith all the documents and further seeks direction that the respondents/authorities may be directed to take a decision on it afresh. Learned State counsel would submit that if such an application alongwith all the documents are filed by the petitioner, it may be decided within six weeks. The Court takes on record the statement made by learned State counsel.
