Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda (T) P.S. Case No. 288 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 317(5) & 3(5) of BNS and Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda.
On 30.12.2024, Godda Town Police apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused Vishal Kumar from a place near Bhagalpur Petrol Pump. On search, a loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of co-accused Vishal Kumar and a knife was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda, in connection with Godda (T) P.S. Case No. 288 of 2024.
