Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits that, considering the age of the matter, the present Petition may be allowed, subject to appropriate directions for expeditious disposal of the proceedings. 2. He further submits that, in view of the inconvenience caused to the parties on account of the manner in which the Petitioner has prosecuted the matter, reasonable costs may also be imposed. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner has no objection to the aforesaid submissions. 4. In view thereof, and with the consent of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the present Petition is allowed, subject to the Petitioner paying costs of Rs. 15,000/- to the Respondent within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
