The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to court concerned to release the applicant in six cases on the basis of a personal bond and two sureties which are as follows: (i) Case Crime No. 439 of 2019, under Sections 392, 411 of I.P.C. P.S. Kalyanpur, District Kanpur Nagar. (ii) Case Crime No. 446 of 2019, under Sections 392, 411 of I.P.C. P.S. Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar. (iii) Case Crime No. 488 of 2019, under Sections 392, 411, 353, 307 of I.P.C. P.S. Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar. (iv) Case Crime No. 489 of 2019, under Section7/27 of Arms Act, P.S. Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar. (v) Case Crime No. 316 of 2020, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of I.P.C. P.S. Kotwali, District Kanpur Nagar. (vi) Case Crime No. 115 of 2014, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters Act. P.S. Beconganj, District Kanpur Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a poor person. It is further submitted that all the cases are relate to false implication on the basis of confessional statement (which is irrelevant). Except the confessional statement there is no other pre- summoning evidence. All the cases are related to the year 2014, 2019, 2020. Last bail order of the applicant has been passed on 19.4.2025. It is further submitted he is not able to give two sureties in each cases and the case are related to one court. It is further submitted that applicant is languishing in jail since 3.6.2019. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the court concerned is directed to release the applicant in the aforesaid six cases after furnishing personal bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
