2 18/11/2025 1 This appeal is preferred under Section 413 of BNSS, 2023, against the judgment dated 04.06.2024, passed by the learned First Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Janjgir, District - Janjgir-Champa (CG) in S.T. No. 21/2021, whereby the learned trial Court has acquitted the respondents/accused of the charges under Sections 85 and 89 of BNS, 2023 (Sections 498A and 313 of IPC).
2. Appellant Anusuiya Patel is present in person along with his counsel before this Court today and states that she has arrived at an amicable settlement with the respondents/accused; therefore, she does not want to press this appeal any more.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the proposition.
4. Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
