An impleadment application (IA No.2/2025) has been moved by the petitioner for impleading the complainant/informant as respondent no.3 to the memo of the parties. 5. Since the impleadment sought for by the petitioner is formal in nature, therefore, the same is allowed. 6. Let necessary impleadment be incorporated by supplying amended memo of parties during the course of the day. 7. Learned State counsel made a statement at bar that after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner on 17.03.2025. 8. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 9.
